Being A Father and Living with Tourette’s with Matt Painter

Fearless Fathers Podcast July 16, 2020

Background

Dave O sits down with a 22-year-old father of two Matt Painter. Matt lives with Tourette’s Syndrome, a disorder that causes repetitive movements or unwanted sounds (tics). (Per our guest, majority of tics have been left in) Matt doesn’t let his diagnosis stop him from being a Fearless Father.

Matt brings the heat in today’s episode, and if there is anything you take away from this episode, it’s these three things. 1. Just smile when it’s tough and your kids will radiate that. 2. When you think positive, negative thoughts start to fade. 3. When you study for what’s on the test, you miss the things that truly matter.
